Please observe the rules below so that everyone can enjoy Tokyo Summerland safely.

  • Please follow all instructions given by park staff.
  • For guest safety, attraction operations may be suspended due to weather conditions, earthquakes, or other circumstances.
    Please note that no refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.
  • Please keep your belongings under your own control both inside your vehicle and inside the park.
    The park is not responsible for theft or loss.
  • The park is not responsible for any food poisoning caused by food or beverages brought into the park.
  • If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from using the pools or attractions and speak to a nearby staff member.

Prohibited Items

  • Glass items such as bottles and canned drinks
  • Oversized floats, oars, and similar items
  • Fins, snorkels, and surfboards
  • Glass swim goggles
  • Tents (including tarp tents and assembly tents), parasols, hammocks, and similar items

  • Wireless devices (including radio-controlled devices) *excluding mobile phones
  • Wireless devices other than smartphones and mobile phones (including radio-controlled devices and drones)
  • Bladed items, including razors, open flames, harmful or toxic substances, and any other dangerous items generally prohibited in public places
  • Roller skates, skateboards, kick scooters, and similar items
  • Musical instruments, music players, and any other devices that may disturb other guests with sound
  • Shampoo, body soap, and similar items
  • Any other items deemed inappropriate by the park

Please note that prohibited items will not be stored by the park.
Guests will be asked to dispose of such items themselves.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Leaving small children unattended or allowing them to move about alone
  • Running in the pool area
  • Diving or swimming underwater in the pools
  • Wearing outdoor shoes in the pool area (including sandals with hard or sharp heels)
  • Wearing footwear inside the pools (except for swim shoes)
  • Using the pool while wearing clothing with metal parts that may injure other guests
  • Wearing overly revealing swimwear
  • Loud shouting, group chanting, dancing, or other conduct that may disturb other guests
  • Cooking using electricity or other power sources, watermelon-splitting games, and similar activities
  • Smoking outside designated smoking areas
  • Occupying large areas of space
  • Bringing pets or other animals into the park, except for assistance dogs
  • Taking photos or videos of anyone other than members of your own party (including park staff)
  • Photography (including video), photo sessions (whether by individuals or groups), or public transmission (including live streaming) for commercial or promotional purposes without permission from the park
  • Any other nuisance or dangerous acts (including groping or covert photography)
  • Ticket scalping or resale of admission tickets, invitation tickets, or similar passes.

Admission Restrictions

  • Gang-affiliated persons
  • Persons with tattoos, including stick-on and painted tattoos
  • Severely intoxicated persons

In addition to the above, anyone who disturbs public order or morals, causes inconvenience to other guests, violates these rules, or refuses to follow instructions from park staff may be asked to leave even after entering the park. Please note that no refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.
