- I have a tattoo (including stick-on or painted tattoos). Can I enter the park?
- No. Guests with tattoos, including stick-on and painted tattoos, are not permitted to enter the park.
Please note that no refunds or compensation will be provided if you are asked to leave.
- Do you offer swimsuit or inflatable ring rentals?
- No. Swimsuits and inflatable rings are not available for rent.
*Free inflatable rings are available in limited numbers for Great Journey only.

- Can I use my own hair dryer or hair iron in the park?
- Items that require electricity may not be used.
Please use the paid hair dryers available in the park. (Fee: 100 yen for 3 minutes)
- Can I bring electronic devices such as portable chargers into the park?
- Yes, you may bring them into the park. However, please take extra care when using or storing smartphones, portable chargers, handheld fans, and similar items in the pool area and elsewhere.
If you are arriving by car, please do not leave the above items, spray cans, lighters, or similar objects inside your vehicle, as this may be dangerous.
Please note the following:
・If they get wet, they may catch fire or emit smoke.
・Do not leave them in direct sunlight or in other high-temperature locations.
・When not in use, please store them in your bag or otherwise manage them yourself.
・Please keep them out of the reach of children and store them appropriately.

- Can you hold large luggage for me?
- Yes. Luggage too large to fit in a locker can be stored for a fee at Dome Information.

- Can I bring a cooler box into the park?
- Yes.
- Do you offer wheelchair rentals?
- Yes. Wheelchairs are available for rent at Dome Information.
Rental fee: 300 yen, with a 200 yen deposit required. (The deposit will be refunded when the wheelchair is returned.)
- Can I use credit cards or e-money inside the park?
- Yes. Credit cards and e-money can be used at the ticket counter, restaurants, and goods shops inside the park.

- Is there an ATM?
- No, there is no ATM in the park.
- Is there a public telephone?
- Yes. There is one near the park entrance.
*Please note that there are no public telephones inside the park.
- Can I bring a pet into the park?
- No. Pets are not permitted, except for assistance dogs.
Please note that even assistance dogs are not allowed in some areas (such as inside the pools and on attractions).
*There is no temporary pet care service available.
- Can I make a reservation for a group visit?
- Yes. Group visits are accepted by advance reservation only.

- Are there any items that may not be used inside the park?
- Yes.

- Can I take photos inside the park?
- There are no restrictions on taking photos of your family or friends.
However, photography that includes unrelated third parties or causes inconvenience to other guests is not permitted. Permission is required for photography or filming for commercial purposes. For such inquiries, please contact 042-558-3634 (Planning and Promotions Department).
