Yes. The all-weather Adventure Dome can be enjoyed in any weather.

What time does the parking lot open?
The parking lot opens 45 minutes before operating hours.
Please note that this may change depending on conditions.

Is there a place to park bicycles?
Yes. Bicycle parking is available on the mountain-side area of Parking Lot 1. (Free of charge.)

I will not be using the pool. Do I still need a ticket?
Yes. A ticket is required even if you do not use the pool.
Is there a discount for guests with disabilities?
Yes.

How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets for park admission are available from the locations below.
Tickets can be purchased from 12:00am, 7 days before your visit. Please note that you must select your date of entry at the time of purchase, and changes cannot be made after purchase.

Park Guide

Can I reserve paid seating?
Advance reservations are available for some paid seating areas.
Can I bring my own lunch into the park?
Yes, outside food is allowed.
*However, please note that ordering external food delivery services after entering the park is prohibited.
Is ingredient information available for restaurant menu items?
Yes. Ingredient information sheets (ingredient lists) are available at each restaurant.
If you would like to see them, please ask a staff member at the restaurant. Please also note that at all restaurants inside Tokyo Summerland, all food items, including the 8 specified allergens, are prepared in shared kitchen spaces, and shared washing equipment is also used.
Is smoking allowed inside the park?
There are no smoking areas inside the Dome (indoors). Please use the designated smoking areas in the outdoor area. (This also applies to e-cigarettes.)
Can I use a tent inside the park?
Tent use is subject to restrictions.

Please also use tents only in areas where they do not block walkways or interfere with pool monitoring.
Are there coin lockers that I can open and close during the day?
Yes.

*Usage fee: 500 yen to 600 yen, depending on the locker.
Are there lockers for valuables?
Yes. They are located near the lifeguard stations. Please see the Digital Map for details.
*Fee: 100 yen per use (coin-return type)
Are there showers where I can use shampoo or soap?
No.
Please note that shampoo, body soap, and similar items are not permitted inside the park.

Pools & Attractions

Is there an air pump for inflatable rings?
Yes. Air pumps are installed near the lifeguard stations.

Can I use tanning oil or sunscreen?
Yes.
However, before entering the pool, please make sure to rinse off any oil in the shower.
Can I enter the pool area wearing shoes?
No. Outdoor shoes are not allowed anywhere in the pool area.
Please use beach sandals or similar footwear made of soft rubber soles.
Inside the pools, guests must be either barefoot or wear swim shoes made of soft material without laces.

Can I swim while wearing footwear?
Only swim shoes made of soft material and without laces may be worn.
These are also recommended to help prevent scrapes on the soles of the feet (especially for children).
However, for safety reasons, they may not be worn when using water slides (including slides for young children).
Can I get sunburned even in the indoor pool?
Yes. Since UV rays cannot be completely blocked, we recommend using sunscreen if you are concerned about sun exposure.
Are there any floats or beach items that cannot be used?
Yes.

Can I enter the pool while wearing glasses?
Some pools do not allow glasses, including sunglasses.
Can I ride the attractions while wearing only a swimsuit?
No.
Swimwear alone is not permitted on rides.
When using attractions, please wear a T-shirt or other top, as well as footwear.
What happens to attractions in bad weather?
For safety reasons, attraction operations may be suspended due to weather or other conditions.
Please note that no refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.
When are attractions scheduled to be out of service?
Please check the Park Calendar.

Guests with Young Children

Are there any attractions that small children can enjoy?
Yes. Except for attractions with clearly stated usage restrictions, most facilities can be enjoyed if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Is there a baby room for nursing or diaper changing?
Yes.

Are there diaper-changing tables in the men’s restrooms?
Yes. There are three locations inside the park.

Is there a trash bin for diapers?
Yes. They are available in the baby room.
Is hot water available?
Yes. Hot water for preparing baby formula is available in the baby room.
Do you sell baby food, weaning food, or powdered formula?
No, these items are not sold in the park.
Can children wearing diapers use the pool?
Yes. Children who are still in diapers may use the pool if they wear a swim diaper underneath their swimsuit.
Swim diapers for children are also sold inside the park.
Can I bring a stroller into the park?
Yes.
Do you offer stroller rentals?
Yes. Strollers are available for rent at Dome Information.
Rental fee: 300 yen, with a 200 yen deposit required. (The deposit will be refunded when the stroller is returned.)
What should I do if my child gets lost?
Please speak to a nearby staff member or visit any Information counter.
Is there a childcare facility?
No, there is no childcare facility in the park.

Other

I have a tattoo (including stick-on or painted tattoos). Can I enter the park?
No. Guests with tattoos, including stick-on and painted tattoos, are not permitted to enter the park.
Please note that no refunds or compensation will be provided if you are asked to leave.
Do you offer swimsuit or inflatable ring rentals?
No. Swimsuits and inflatable rings are not available for rent.
*Free inflatable rings are available in limited numbers for Great Journey only.
*Please note that this service may be discontinued without notice.
Can I use my own hair dryer or hair iron in the park?
Items that require electricity may not be used.
Please use the paid hair dryers available in the park. (Fee: 100 yen for 3 minutes)
Can I bring electronic devices such as portable chargers into the park?
Yes, you may bring them into the park. However, please take extra care when using or storing smartphones, portable chargers, handheld fans, and similar items in the pool area and elsewhere.
If you are arriving by car, please do not leave the above items, spray cans, lighters, or similar objects inside your vehicle, as this may be dangerous.
Please note the following:
・If they get wet, they may catch fire or emit smoke.
・Do not leave them in direct sunlight or in other high-temperature locations.
・When not in use, please store them in your bag or otherwise manage them yourself.
・Please keep them out of the reach of children and store them appropriately.

Can you hold large luggage for me?
Yes. Luggage too large to fit in a locker can be stored for a fee at Dome Information.

Can I bring a cooler box into the park?
Yes.
Do you offer wheelchair rentals?
Yes. Wheelchairs are available for rent at Dome Information.
Rental fee: 300 yen, with a 200 yen deposit required. (The deposit will be refunded when the wheelchair is returned.)
Can I use credit cards or e-money inside the park?
Yes. Credit cards and e-money can be used at the ticket counter, restaurants, and goods shops inside the park.

Is there an ATM?
No, there is no ATM in the park.
Is there a public telephone?
Yes. There is one near the park entrance.
*Please note that there are no public telephones inside the park.
Can I bring a pet into the park?
No. Pets are not permitted, except for assistance dogs.
Please note that even assistance dogs are not allowed in some areas (such as inside the pools and on attractions).
*There is no temporary pet care service available.
Can I make a reservation for a group visit?
Yes. Group visits are accepted by advance reservation only.

Are there any items that may not be used inside the park?
Yes.

If I leave something behind in the park, where should I inquire?
Please contact any Information counter.
If you have already left the park, please contact the Tokyo Summerland Reservation Center.
Can I take photos inside the park?
There are no restrictions on taking photos of your family or friends.
However, photography that includes unrelated third parties or causes inconvenience to other guests is not permitted. Permission is required for photography or filming for commercial purposes. For such inquiries, please contact 042-558-3634 (Planning and Promotions Department).
